
In this study, 30 participants were given either a Placebo or Lion’s Mane extract daily for 16 weeks. Research has demonstrated that the 750mg of Lion’s Mane group exhibited higher cognitive performance scores when compared to the placebo.

A randomized double-blind study with 62 participants was conducted over a 90 day period.
