Shipping & Return Policy - Nooflux

When can I expect to receive my order? 

We ship out packages Monday through Friday. Typically, we process orders in 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number where you can check the status of your package. Shipping times vary depending on the postal service, but most of our customers receive their products within 2 to 5 business days.


Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! Spend $40 and free shipping will automatically be applied to your cart.


Do you offer international shipping?  

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to ship our products globally in the future!


What’s your return policy? 

We truly believe in our products and back all our supplements with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@nooflux.com and provide us with a brief explanation of your experience. Please note: Returning supplements must be at least half full to qualify for a full product refund. Anything less may qualify for store credit at Nooflux’s discretion when received.


How long does it take to process returns?

We currently accept debit and credit cards, Paypal, and Shop Pay.


What do I do if something is missing from my order? 

Uh-oh! While extremely rare, we understand that mistakes happen. If something is missing from your order, please email support@nooflux.com so we can fix it.


My tracking info says my package was delivered but it is nowhere to be found, what can I do? 

Once your order is shipped, it's in the hands of our shipping company. We recommended contacting the shipping provider for more information. If you still need assistance, please reach out to us at support@nooflux.com and we will try our best to find a solution for you.
